Can't Save Images As JPGs

Howdy!

For some reason I cannot save images off the Internet as
JPGs, just BMPs. It used to work, but my 3-yr-old uses
this computer and may have jacked somethin up. For the
life of me I cannot figure out how to switch it back!

If you cache is full, then jpgs files becomes bmps. Delete all temporary
internet files and cookies.
