Can't run my web server

Since SP2, my web site that I'm running off WinXP Pro is not accessible.
I've opened the HTTP and HTTPS ports in the Windows Firewall security panel
but still no luck. Any suggestions?

You opened port 80 through the firewall and if you have a router, port
forwarded 80 on the router to your PC?
