Can't right click in Outlook 2003

When trying to right click on an email in my inbox, no menu appears. I
receive an hourglass briefly but nothing else happens.
 
I am also having exactly the same problem . Has any one found a
resolution for this issue ??
 
I haven't found any info on this either, but today outook gave me an error
about forms breiefly before it opened. I renamed the C:\Documents and
Settings\%user%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\FORMS folder to
forms.old and then reopened outlook. It would recreate the forms folder; then
it worked. I had four computers today that had that problem and this fixed
it for each of them. Hope this helps.
