Can't resolve public folder name in form.

Has anyone had a problem with resolving a distinguished
name of a public folder in Outlook 2003? We have a a form
the needs to send something to a public folder but the
form cannot resolve the distinguished name when using
Outlook 2003. It does however work in 2000 and XP.
 
You might want to check what address lists are available for resolution in that profile.
