Can't resolve distinguished name of public folder in Outlook 2003

Has anyone had a problem with resolving a distinguished
name of a public folder in Outlook 2003? We have a a form
the needs to send something to a public folder but the
form cannot resolve the distinguished name when using
Outlook 2003. It does however work in 2000 and XP.
 
Can't you just specify the full SMTP address of the mail-enabled folder?
