cant reply with formated as default

hi,
My problem is that when I reply to a mail in outlook2002
the new mail is automatickly unformated.. (not richtext or
HTML) I want it to allways be HTML.. how can I do that??

No, Outlook always starts replies in the same format as the original
message. If a person sends you plain text maybe they don't want HTML back...

The only option I use is format - tick rich text / html
