Can't reply to or forward e-mail messages from Outlook 2003.

I am unable to "reply" to or "forward" recieved e-mail messages in Outlook
2003. However, I am able to send a "new message" to recipients whom I
currently am unable to reply to or forward e-mails.

Any suggestions?

i have problem when forwrwarding it opens a window of word it says unknown
problem
i just deleted temporary files in my users profile and it started to forward
but today
it repeated the problem.

it may be a problem about word
