I would suggest that you post in a forum supporting your email software, or
contact Yahoo. This forum is for the database software Microsoft Access, and
not the right place for your question.
When you do find a forum for your email, please indicate what program you're
using and enough information that someone who cannot see your screen might
have a chance to answer.
