Can't remove program

Somehow a pop-up ad delivery program by n-case got
installed on my system and I cannot remove it through the
add/remove software utility. When I click to remove the
program it give a message that I must be connected to the
internet (which I am) to remove the program.

Is there a way to forcibly remove this program or find
out where it is on my computer and just delete it?

Hi Tamra,

Go to the Task Manager and end process on the program in question. Uncheck
it from Start/Run/Msconfig/Startup, then try to remove it from Add or
Remove. If still no go, remove it from here, then follow the link below:
Start/Run/Regedit

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\
CurrentVersion\Uninstall
