cant remove program from add/remove list

ah yes i have a program on my fiances moms computer that
wont remove from the ADD/REMOVE list when i click remove
and try to uninstall it i even tried in safe mode it says
that it has uninstalled it but the program is still listed
in the add/remove programs. can anyone help me with this
please.

What program? Have you tried looking for an uninstall file in the program
folder?

yes i have but i didnt delete the program folder because i
was afraid if i deleted the program folder then i would
cause it to be corrupt and then have loose files from that
program hanging on the harddrive so if i delete the
program folder it will be gone and all of its remaining
files too no loose ones?

Hi,

I didn't say anything about deleting the program folder. I asked what
program it was and if you had checked the program folder for an uninstall
file.
