Can't remove "Boot Folder" from Vista in XP

I have tried everything....

Formatted Vista.
Deleted the files BOOT.BAK and BOOTSECT.BAK files.
Windows XP Repair FIXMBR and a FIXBOOT.
Checked all the BOOT.INI sectors in XP.
Restarting my pc and going into to safe mode.

After all of that, for some reason still can't delete the "Boot folder" that
Windows Vista has put in my Windows XP C: drive. it still gives me an
"access denied" message.

Can someone tell me why the boot folder will not delete?

On HpM370n, I had Vista partitioned on harddisk (G:) with MCE 2005 on (C:)
and think from Mce, I formatted G: or may have used floppy Fdisk to wipe it.
This resulted in PC not able to go into bios on start up and if you can't go
into bios, PC is 40 lbs. of scrap metal. The hard drive then has to be
formatted by putting it into a PC with dual internal drive capability? or one
with OS on external drive. This may be unique to HP Mce which has to resolve
some (tattoo) hard drive pointer from bios for bios success. For sure you
will be rid of C:\Boot folder by XP reinstall. I'd leave it until then. Price
one pays for trying a beta they say. I won't be using Vista in here due to
video adapter and sound card incompatibility.
