Can't register sdiaut.dll (Return Code was: 0x80040154)?

Hello all,
at the moment i try to create a recovery medium with windows pe. If i
boot up and try to register the sdiaut.dll (regsvr32 D:\sdiaut.dll) i
get the following error message: "DllRegisterServer in D:\SDIAUT.DLL
failed. Return Code was: 0x80040154".
Here are the steps to creating my windows pe:
- copy pe tools to hdd
- start mkimg.cmd
- building wsh component with BUILDADDITIONALCOMPONENTS.VBS /S:H: /WSH
- copy the files to my iso folder
- copy sdiaut.dll and the sdimgr.wsf to my iso folder
- create the image with osdimg
- boot my burned win pe
- start oc.bat which registers the complete scripting things
- run regsvr32 sdiaut.dll
- and getting the error message....

Any suggestions?

its solved. I have missed to load the atl.dll (regsvr32 atl.dll).
