cant receive windows email

Suddenly I can't receive email on my Windows email - I've been using it for
several months with no problem. I tried changing the "requires
authentication" and "log on using secure password" but I still get the
Servor Error #0x800ccc9 Port 995 - Server SSL. What changed???:
 
Hey, Mona. First time at this site and it won't let me ask a question so I
just picked on you. When I click on "New" and then "Question", it just makes
a loud pop and nothing happens?
