can't receive mail please help

Everytime I try to recieve I get this error messege

Account: 'POP3', Server: 'pop3.blueyonder.co.uk', Protocol: POP3, Server
Response: '-ERR Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password.', Port:
110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC92

Have you tried entering your user name in the email account under Windows
Mail both with and without the rest of your email address? Email providers
vary in which they require.

Are you sure you entered your password with the correct letters in CAPITAL
and lower case? Many email providers care which you use where.

Click on Tools, then Accounts, then your email account, then Properties,
then Servers. Click on the box before Log on using Secure Password
Authentication to turn it on or off, then Apply. Click on OK and then
Close. If this doesn't work, do it again to change it back.
