i can't receive my emails, what do i do? (i'm just a dumb beginner)

Can you be more specific? Is your email account not working? Do you need
help setting up Vista Mail? Have ou set up Vista Mail but it's not
working?

Did it ever work?
Do you get an error message when you try to send or receive? If so,
right-click on your error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.
