Can't receive at all but can send at any time

My operating system is WINME, OUTLOOK version is 2000. Before this week, all
is OK. But after I returned from Singapore and Indonesia, where I used ISDN
to connect the internet, I couldn't receive from pop.bizmail.yahoo.com by
OUTLOOK at all. What's interesting is that I can send any time I wanna to.
The error response from OUTLOOK says "The TCP/IP connection was unexpectedly
terminated by the server". I have to read my mails in pages through IE. How
to solve this problem?
