CAN'T RECEIVE ALL OF MY EMAILS

I have 55 messages waiting for me to receive but when I click on the
SEND/RECEIVE button only 16 of my 55 messages load...this has been going on
for 2 days now. Each day it loads the same 16 messages over and over again.
HELP

That typically indicates a 'stuck' email on the server.
Log in via webmail (using your browser), sort the messages there by date,
delete the 16 older ones you already have downloaded, plus one more.
Try Windows Mail again.
