Can't read USB Flash memory

I can load data onto my AVB USB memory module, but when I
try to transfer it to any computer I get a message that
says "Cannot copy [file name]: The request could not be
performed because of an I/O device error". This
happens on all models of machine running either NT, 2000
or XP. I don't have this problem with my Soyo Cig@r or my
Lexar modules. Has anyone else seen this?
 
I would definitely get with AVB and see if they require a specific driver
for their driver to work properly.
