can't read posts

For some reason I can read original posts but not the replies. Any one have
any suggestions?

I'm not talking about in this windows mail news group but in the one you get
to by clicking help then questions and answers from the community.

Are you clicking the plus?
Is "Group messages by conversation" selected in those groups?
 
You have to post it as a new post in order for me to read it. Or reply in
microsoft.public.windows.vista.mail news group which has the same postings as
here but I can read all of them.

It didn't work. What is "Group messages by conversation" I didn't see it
anywhere?

I got a email saying someone responded to my question and when I clicked on
the link in email it brought me to this sight and I was able to read posts.
But when I go to site by clicking help then Questions and answers from the
community I can't read the posts to the question only the origional question.
Very confusing issue.
