can't read my mail!

I have a computer that was just upgraded to Vista and I can't find the
outlook express I've tried to use the windows mail but it wont let me see my
mail either. Is there any way that I can get my outlook express back up to
check my mail from work! I've searched my computer and can't find anything...

Outlook Express (OE) can not be installed on a Vista computer.
Windows Mail is Vista's successor to OE.
Windows Mail will do most anything you used to do with OE.
You haven't given us any specifics about your problem with Windows Mail.
If you get an error message, copy it and paste it into a response here.

There you have it - shouldn't the server be pop.cebridge.net or
mail.cebridge.net or similar? It certainly is NOT just "cebridge.net".
Check your mail provider's website for the correct server name.

The outgoing server name should be smtp.cebridge.net, not
outbound.cebridge.net.

I have been trying to setup window mail but it keeps giving me an error:

I keep getting this error I believe i have the POP3 and SMTP settings
correct. any thing else i can try thank you for your help

Unless you have some sort of premium (paid) live.com account,
I don't believe the standard free live.com accounts are accessible
via POP.

Windows Live Mail will accommodate those accounts.

i am using Vista, and have a free live.com account. will wait until this
can work. thank you.

Wait for what? Windows Mail cannot access Hotmail (Live) accounts, and
probably never will, as it hasn't been updated in over a year. Unless MS
allows all Hotmail/Live users to access POP servers.

The newer Windows Live Mail can access your Live/Hotmail account right now.
