Can't read mail

Just setting up a new laptop that uses Vista. When I click Send / Receive, I
get an error message that reads : Account: 'Abby Rose Server:
'mail.comcast.net' Protocal: POP3, Sedrver Response: '-ERR authorization not
enabled', Port: 110, Secure (SSL): No, Server Error:0x800 CCC90, Error Number
: 0x800CCC18

Any help would be apprciated. Thank you

See if Comcast calls for other details for the server setup:

Although these instructions were written for Outlook Express, they
should also work under Windows Mail if you avoid the One Click
Fix and the instructions don't call for the HTTP protocol.
