Can't pull up Properties page of users in Active Directory

I open Active Directory Users and Computers, then I right-click an user
press "Properties". Nothing happens. The "Properties" dialog box never
pops up. However, when I try to close Active Directory Users and Computers,
it spits out the following error:

Microsoft management console:

Close all property pages before closing active directory users and
computers.

Has anyone seen this before? I need to change properties soon on several
users. I haven't made any changes to this server whatsoever! Thank you

Are you sitting at the server or connecting remotely? Have you closed
all of your windows? Something has a property sheet open that you're
not seeing.

What OS are you running on the machine that you opened Active Directory
Users & Computers (ADUC) on? I have seen this problem with beta releases of
the W2K3 Admin Pack running on Windows XP. If that is the case, install the
released Admin Pack from
http://download.microsoft.com/download/c/7/5/c750f1af-8940-44b6-b9eb-d74014e552cd/adminpak.exe
