Active directory users and computers

Does anybody know what is wrong with my active directoy
users and computers snap in, i am unable to access the
properies of any users, there is completely no response
when i right click a user and point to the properties.

Second thing is that the console wouldnt close, when i
want to, i am getting a message " close all property
dialog boxes before closing active directory users and
computers.

You need to make sure that everything is closed. When I have several
windows open and try to close the ADUC I get this error message. If I then
minimize each open window individually I come to see that I had some user
account open. Once I close it I can then close ADUC.
