Can't Publish Web Site

On a new computer I cannot publish my website as I did on
the old one. Even links are not accessible. It's as
though the computer thinks I'm offline or cannot access
the web. Any ideas?

What OS and internet connection are you using
- check your network connection and IE connection settings
- do you have any firewalls installed

Thanks for your answer. Win XP (new on this computer)
with good ADSL connection. I do have a Firewall. I'll
check if that's a prob but it was the same Norton
firewall I had before. That may be it however as I've
NOW noticed other connection problems from Front Page.
