Can't Print

I have a customer who can't print e-mails that were
received in HTML format from Outlook or anything from IE
5.5. When he tries to print it locks up the pc. He can
print fine out of Word or Excel.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

What operating system is he using? Has he installed the latest patches?
Might be worthwhile to download and install a newer version of IE.
