Can't print on 11X17

When I print a document 11X17, the document prints on a 11X17 sheet but the
size of it is 8.5X11. The page setup is fine and I do a print preview and do
a fit to page and it still doesn't work. I have tried using custom size to
make it bigger but nothing changes when I print.

When you set up your presentation, did you set it for 11x17 Ledger Paper
before you started building your presentation?
