Can't print in color

I can no longer print text in color (I used to be able to) only the underline
shows up as color...not sure what happened or what I did. Have tried all I
know to get color printing ability of text (graphics still come out
colorful). What gives?
 
Does this happen with a particular document, or with all documents? Does it
happen when you print from any application, or just when printing Word
documents?
