Unable to print in Color in Word 2002

I've read several other posts in here, but nothing exactly like what my issue
seems to be. Basically, when I try to print anything through Word on my
laptop and it's in color, it comes out of the printer in black and white.
Yet if I use my bosses laptop it prints in color. I've checked all the
standard solutions. When I open up the Print window, and check the
properties, Color is checked. I've gone through and tried to figure out over
and over again what the deal is. I just want to be able to print in Word
from my Laptop without having to get on the bosses laptop to print in color.
My laptop will also print in color with any program with the exception of
word, so it has to be something program related that I'm not seeing.

In Tools | Options | Print, make sure you don't have "Draft output" checked.
And in Tools | Options | Compatibility, make sure "Print colors as black on
noncolor printers" is not checked.
