cant print from any programs

I can print a winxp test page, but cant print from notepad
word wordperfect or any other program,I have tried all
remedies I've found so far with no results,winxp pro- Hp
psc500, any help appreciated

Well printing from WordPerfect requires an update from the Corel website....

but we're back to the same old questions..... how is the printer connected
to the PC and have you tried one COMPLETE uninstall and reinstall using the
instructions at

Connected via parelell cable,did the uninstall procedure from your website
and still cant print text from word wp10 or notepad, jpg and image files
print fine and test page prints fine.

just did another test it will print email, html,photos,but still no word
,rich text, wp10,or notepad
