Can't print from a program

Our printer broke down, so we changed all the computers to printer in next room. All of them work fine, except mine and another lady's. Mine is Windows XP Pro and hers is Windows NT 4.0. All the other computers that work fine are Windows 98 or 95. We can print a test page, print from Word just fine, but not from our healthcare program. Any ideas?
