Can't Print Emails in Outlook

I have about 30 + users that can't print emails in
Outlook. If they go to File, Print the print box doesn't
come up. If they hit the print icon, nothing happens.
Although if they hit Ctrl + P the print box will come
up. This just started happening resently. Please Help!
