Can't Play Audio CDs - Error C00D11B1

[Port Admiral Haynes]

Vista Home Premium - if I try to play an audio CD it fails with error
C00D11B1

I have a Sound Blaster Audigy 4 with the latest drivers - any suggestions?

All sound files play Ok and DVDs play perfectly. Audio CDs only will not
play.

Hi,

Then it's likely to be either a dirty lens (the DVD and CD use different
len) if other CD's don't play correctly, or there is an issue with the codec
used for playing the CD files. I would run a lens cleaner first.
