Can't ping 127.0.0.1

Hi there,

I can ping my gateway and Domain controller's IP address
but I can't ping my loopback or local IP address.
I have full access to the internet!!!

Any ideas?
Any hint is appreciated.

Failure to ping 127.0.0.1 is probably the result of a firewall program
that's incorrectly configured or incompletely un-installed. The usual
suspects are ZoneAlarm, Norton Internet Security, etc.
