Can't past August 2005 on others calendar in outlook

You would set up Calendar Free/Busy options under Tools, Options,
Preferences, Calendar Options, and Free/Busy Options button. Verify that
the users are publishing info to the server, generally about 3-4 months
worth. I don't see past August 2005. Any Idea?
