Can't open Web Sites

When I log on to XP using my profile I cannot veiw
not "HTTP" sites, but I can view "HTTPS" sites. When I
log on using a different profile I can view all web
sites. Any suggestions?

Try downloading the latest Hijack This and see if there is anything peculiar
which is embedded into your IE which might cause this or other strange
