I can access both my own and my bosses' outlook. However, since Outlook 2003
was installed, I cannot open items anymore after doing a search. This happens
to emails, calendar entries as well as contacts. A little complicated to
explain but it is driving me crazy because I now have to look up contacts one
by one and there are 2000 of them and not all have been entered the same way
(name, company or vice versa).
Any suggestions how to solve this problem please?
