Can't open Outlook 2003

When offsite from work, I can't open Outlook 2003, which posts the following
error message: "Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Unable to open the
Outlook window. The set of folders could not be opened."

I do have a few .pst files, which I was able to open and access while in the
office. ANy thoughts? Thanks.

Sounds like you are connecting to an in office Exchange server. Contact your
mail admin on how to access it outside of the office.
