Can't open more than one IE window ech time!!!

Hi all:

It looks like I can't open more than one IE each time. The problem appeared
only today.

I keep selecting "Open new window" but it just opens a new on in the same
existing window.

Please advise.

Are you running a pop-up blocker? If so, hold down your
Click to expand...
ctrl key when you click on open new window.
