All of a sudden, I am unable to open the junk mail folder in Microsoft Office
Outlook 2003/SP3 (system is VISTA). When trying to open the folder, the
following message appears: "Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Office
Outlook could not access the specified folder location." Need to know what
to do in order to be able to access the junk folder again.

Ran the scan and it found problems. Did a repair and now there is no junk
folder but there is a lost and found folder. Should I be concerned about
this? Also noticed the pst file is 2.2 GB. Should I be concerned about this
size file? Am using Outlook 2003 on a VISTA OS.

Yes, you should be concerned about this. This means there was a major
corruption in your pst-file. I assume you are using an UNICODE formatted
pst-file? Then size is less of an issue.

Verify with a backup if all your data is still there. After that I would
start with a new pst-file and copy all the data that you want to the new
pst-file. Although this guide describes a transfer from ANSI to UNICODE
pst-files, it will also apply from UNICODE to UNICODE. This way you know you
start with a new pst-file without any issues.
