Can't open Internet explorer if SP2 installed. Help!!

Well since I installed Sp2, I cannot open Internet
Explorer or Right click on start, or open control panel.
Has anyone told you how to fix it? If they put out an
update they should try it out first.
 
I have the same problem internet explorer will not open
since i have installed sp2 and i have checked that it is
enabled in the security settings as suggested on this
website. And sp2 will not uninstall from my system!!!!
Raahhhh anyone know how i might solve this problem please?
