Cant open import pst files

I have exported Inbox, Sent Items, and Contacts from the Outlook 2000 to 3
pst files and try to import into my new Outlook 2003 on another computer
(with Office XP). However, it wont allow me to import. Says" I don't have
the permission to access the files".....

Pls help, Thank you in advance.

ps. (I have different log in name on my two different computers)

Make sure that the files aren't read only, as they would be if they were on
a CD or if they were copied off a CD. Outlook doesn't like read only PSTs.
