can't open home page

can anybody help please!!!
i can't load anything to do with microsoft ie msn home
page...i cant dl updates..i can goto other web pages with
no problem but just cannot load msn pages cant even
access microsoft msg ive done a scan with norton corp.all
my virus defs are upto date just cant think what to do
next have i missed anything ....

IE,, tools,,internet options,,security,,default
level,,ok,,may want to check content also you may have
something in there labled microsoft that blocks
it,,remove it or restore default everywhere till it works

First eliminate any scumware.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each needs to be updated before every use, even when just
