Can't open "define send and receive groups" after Office 2003 uninstall

After testing Office 2003 in Beta form, we unistalled it,
and reinstalled Office XP.

Unfortunately, now when you hit "define send and receive
groups", nothing happens! This has left us with a pretty
crippled Outlook, as only manual mail connection and
collection is currently possible.

Any help, much appreciated!

Have you tried starting Outlook with a new mail profile?
