Can't open DB file

I've done something stupid ...... deleted the security
files for my DB. now when i try to open the DB i just get
a standard message claiming i don't have permissions.

How can i remove the security from the database so that i
can continue working on it ????

If you wrote down or printed out the security wizard report, you can
recreate the workgroup file using that information; or perhaps there is a
backup you've forgotten about.
