can't open certain web sites

HELLO HELLO
Iam running windows 98 se and ie6. When I try to access
certain web sites I get The page cannot be displayed at
the top and at the bottem I get Server or Dns error.I know
that these pages are avalible because I have accessed them
on different computers.I have checked to make sure I am
inputting the correct address and still no web sites.I
have also tried uninstalling firewalls, spyware ,virus and
any other program that could affect my internet access
with no success. I have also been in contact with my
internet provider and had no success with that.I hope that
you will be able to help me out or at least send me in the
right direction, this problem is really staring to drive
me nuts.

Are you have a problem that when you go to internet
options and you click on the Advance tab and you want to
check off SSL 2.00 etc that there is no PCT 1.0 please
check that because that is the same problem that I'm
having I post that an hour before you did and I have not
gotten an answer. Please let me know if you get answer or
to this problem.
