Can't open attachments from one person--properties says there is an
attachment but no paperclip or any other symbol. Don't have problems with
any others. In order to read attachment the sender must send it to another
email address who forwards it to me! I didn't have this problem until I got
Vista. Is it my computer or the senders?? Help!

Click on Tools, then Options, then Security. If there's a check mark in
the box below Download Images, click on it and then on Apply. Click on OK.

That box was not checked--I tried checking it then unchecking it, but didn't
change anything.

Is this sender using Outlook? Outlook has a format called RTF which
is not readable by many other clients. Tell the sender to use HTML.
