I downloaded Spybot and spy hunter and removed over 100 spyware......I still
can't open AOL (via DSLSBC)
and when try to go directly through Internet explorer to browse super slow
and usually tries to open but doesn't open..........
My norton did a scan and said clean....but maybe have hidden viruses?
I have been having slow internet speed for a while since I noted some
spyware toolbar..this toolbar is now gone.....my monitor stopped working a
few days ago and also put in a new wirless mouse.....then couldn't get into
AOL or browse on Inet explorer....maybe there is a connection?

I am told that I could do a reinstall and that wou7ld handle it....any
suggestions?? Gary (e-mail address removed)

Either format your drive and clean install Windows, restoring programs
from cd and data from backup *or* take your computer to a good local
shop and have them fix it for you. You've got too many factors and have
done too many things at one time (instead of troubleshooting properly
by doing one thing at a time).
