Can't open another window

I can not open two or more IE at same time, just only
display one IE window
When i open another IE program, the new IE window is
replace my old IE window.
 
do you have an ad blocking programme? if so you will ned
to turn it off b4 you open a new window because some ad
blockers prohibit new windows opening
