Can't open ADUC

Good morning,

When I try to open the ADUC snap-in on one of my DCs, I get the error:

Naming information cannont be located because:
The logon attempt failed.

Previously, we had been having problems with synchronization, getting a lot
of 1311/1566 errors due to time synch. Those problems have been resolved.
I'm looking at kb article 329887 as a possible solution. Does anyone have
any other suggestions?
