Can't open Access Forms

Hi,

When some of the users in our company try to open Access, the Switchboard
doesn't come up and they can't open the database files either. Not everyone
is having this problem. They are all using Access 2000. I had them all
reboot their PCs to no avail.
Does anyone have a solution?

Is the Switchboard the Database Window, or something that you created?

In Tools / Options you can select to hide/show the db window.
